Afghan pilaf

My dad still can't forget his time spent in afghanistan. I believe he won't forget it for the rest of his life. Being away for six months without relatives is sooo hard. I'm really happy that everything is over and he'll stay in lithuania for ever :) Today he made an afghan pilaf which is soooooo tasty that i must share some photos of it. It's quite hard to do, so i won't do a recipe post, sorry!

Winter pleasures

Hey!

I had nothing to do today, but wanted to go out somewhere, so i asked my mom to go for walk around our countryside. I took my camera with me, 'cause i had an idea for some photos and i thought my mom could realize it. But it was very cold outside, i stopped wanting those photos, so me and mom thought it's the best time to go to the local cafe. We had an argument yesterday and i really wanted to talk about it with her. Everything went okay, we started talking about everything and most of the time we talked about my bday which is coming soon. She said she can't believe i'm gonna be sixteen and she still thinks i'm her babygirl. Awww... :)) 

Quick snack

Hey!

I'm about to watch the newest episode of pretty little liars. I don't know what about you, but i must have something in my mouth when i watch films or TV series. So, i decided to make a quick snack that reminds me of my parents childhood stories. They always tell me that those sweet things remind them of their childhood. 

So, here we go :)

This is all you need: some long loaf slices, an egg, some milk & some sugar

I also made a picture of process 

 1. Beat the egg. 2. Whisk the egg, pour some milk (don't pour too much!) and mix everything up.

3. Put the long loaf slice into this mass, make sure it touches the mass just a little bit, otherwise it won't be tasty.

4. Put the long loaf slice on the pan and then sift some sugar on it.

5. Do the same step with another side.

6. Put all the slices on the plate and sift some sugar one more time.
